i bought mine in a physical store but after i opend it at home some body has already set a finger print and i now cant use it is there any way i can like reset it without opening it or do i just need to return it.

Hi! Tks for the video but mine doesn't flash green or red. I only see a solid blue for a few seconds when I try to set up the fingerprint. Even when I try 10 times as per the instructions there is no green light. Do you think it is defective?

Flashing green light is the indicator. If yours doesn't show green light, it is either you missed some steps or it is faulty. Do check back with the seller.

If I remember correctly, when you unlock the lock, the LED indicator light will flash red.

tap carefully on the shackle opposite to the locking groove with a little Hammer. it should spring open without big Hustle. This is not a Lock to use for high security purposes. I've never seen a Lock that is sooo easy to hack without damaging anything on the part itself.

Mine isn't blinking, just goes blue for 5 seconds, then when the green light doesn't blink, only when trying to add a print. Doesn't do anything after adding 10.

IIRC (aka If I Remember Correctly), it can only store 10 fingerprint.

my lock has been set up with a few fingerprints, but even then with the padlock close I can do the same procedure to add a new fingerprint, and then open it, what the heck! Anyone can come in, add a fingerprint and open it! at least with mine.

Please see the video on how to add fingerprint. Try resetting the lock and then add again.

Honestly love the product but still will leave a 2 star review is tbose mf didn't give good instructions. After scanning the code they showed a video with wrong instructions. Thank god I checked youtube.
