Thank you for the guide. I'm having another issue. The light lights up qhen it's charging but the sensor is not working at all. Do you know what needs to be changed ?

Does the sensor work when you are not charging?

On my pad lock the back panel is held in place and secured by a pin, which protrudes just a little next to the charging port. Maybe you are missing that one.

Mine had the rubber cover for the charging port there and my kids pulled it out 😂
