Very helpful. One of my goals has been to keep a Cognitive Behavioral Log ; however, I only do it sporadically. I find myself saying, "ok, I'll do it later today." After listening to your video, I plan to set a realistic goal with a specific plan such as doing it every other day for 15 minutes. Thanks again for your excellent video in clear language. The graphics are very helpful also.

Terrific, Beth! I'm so glad it helped you gain clarity on that. I'd also suggest setting a limited time frame, probably 2-4 weeks with an assessment at the end of how it went and a decision about whether to renew the same goal or switch it up!

Love this Madam. Particularly key 2 on Vision,Mission and Values. I am living by my values come what may. If it is morally right, why worry for other person's opinion???

Barbara-- this is incredibly helpful! I work in the corporate industry and I'm very familiar w SMART goals . But you def have so many good tips I've never heard of! I'll definitely be utilizing these tips :)
