You gotta love this, she states, “I don’t think what I do is any of your business.” She means concern when she says ‘business’. Reese states, “Here’s the thing, it IS my business.” That actually has a double meaning because not only is it his concern about how customers are treated, but he is the founder and essentially the owner so it is literally his business.

almost like undercover boss he is sneaky and smart but takes no crap from anyone when it comes to racial profiling. Kiss your butt and job goodbye. Hope it was worth with when you cross the one person who controls yours job. Yvette proved she is definitely smarter with how instead of getting back at her boss she simply outsmarted her. Way to stand your ground Yvette need more strong women like that of any skin color who aren't afraid to stand up for what they believe in. Not just women but also need more strong men like that who aren't afraid to be who they are no matter what color they are cause we may look different on the outside but on the inside we bleed the same blood, fought wars together in the military with all kinds of different nationalities and are all created equal. More Love in the World Not Hate 💗

I am black, but look Latino (my grandmother is white). When my friend and I from high school were about 19, we were at a bodega. While waiting on line, a customer walked up to where we were standing and asked the cashier if he sells magazines. As soon as my friend and I left, he was in a bad mood and said, “Did you see what just happened? That customer was actually an employee. He was pretending to browse in an effort to racially profile on the d/l.” I told him that I didn’t even notice. He said, “Of course you didn’t, because you don’t look black. So the ‘customer’ was only following ME.” 🤷♂️

What should have happened at the same time while the boss gets busted, a customer of the same race as the boss gets caught stealing from the store so that the boss could look dumb learning the hard way that shoplifters/thieves could be of any race.
