Lovely system. I just upgraded to LiFePo4 battery in my small 1000 watt DIY system.

The cables are running loose across the roof, which could be a tripping hazard. They should be secured to the roof using cable clips or better a conduit.

I'm curious about these during hurricane season. Guessing all panels would need to be removed in the event of a storm?

Hey good day, excellent question. Once the storm is under a category 4 then the panels can stay up but once it's over a category 4 it has to be removed

Solar system design is dependent on the amount of electricity you used. So you would build a system base on your usage.
