I can't find how the sleep monitor works.

I bought the watch to monitor my heart rate. My old Fitbit would recognize when my heart went into Atrial fibrillation and then warned me. This watch thinks I'm just doing exercises any time during the night and tells me I'm doing just fine. Still, knowing this, I am able to see the fluctuations. Also, it doesn't record the sleep stages as well as my old fitbit. Otherwise it's an OK device.

What the difference between the IDW19 and the sibling models IDW20, IDW26, etc.? I've been trying to look up spec differences and I can't really tell! Bezel size?

@@ianwest1624 thanks! Good review. I got the idw19 but I thought I’d ordered the idw26. But honestly I can’t tell what the difference, even advertised difference, is supposed to be!

@@ianwest1624 idw20 appears to be newer (idw19 is 2023, idw20 is 2024), higher resolution screen, 1.91” vs 1.81” screen, and additional functions like calendar, calculator and games. Idw26 is more rounded and fashionable (ladies model?) but same resolution as idw19. I’ve actually got both and order through AliExpress and the idw19 on my wrist. Will keep the winner.
