So while putting workout plan for myself together how should I choose the %ftp I wanna use? For example for an endurance ride, where the area I should mess around is 55-75%, how should I know which % to use? Lower % in the beginning of the plan, higher later or else?

Last time a made a mistake with ERG and Level mode....ramp test. In the systm app.... That's 💯😁😁💯
@SmartBikeTrainers2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, there is some back and forth between level and erg mode with Systm and you will miss it if you don’t pay attention. You just have to re-take the test :)

The ramp test is much shorter, much easier and much more wrong 😂. If u want to know use this: 5min all out -> Pavg(5) 10min rest 20min all out -> Pavg(20) (Pavg(20)*20 - Pavg(5) * 5) / 15 It's called Monod Scherrer Critical Power. This gives a really good estimate of what you really can do for a full hour. Tried and verfied in races. It takes into account your individual fatigue factor.

This was a very clear and detailed video! Do you have or know how to make basic training schemes on TrainingPeaks (or something else) that’s easy to sync to a Wahoo Roam?
@SmartBikeTrainers2 жыл бұрын
TrainingPeaks offers a lot of plans which you can purchase and appear in your TP account and syncs to your Roam. Also, TrainerRoads plans sync to Wahoo Roam.

Which is better zwift or fulgaz??
@SmartBikeTrainers Жыл бұрын
If you like real video based rides, then you will find FulGaz to be the better app. On the other hand, Zwift offers a lot more in terms of training and variety of rides as well as running.
