We have one of each ,amazing dogs ,both very different, cavachon is very greedy very cuddly always sleeps on or next to your head ,not as energetic as the cavapoo looks right into your soul when he sits staring at u, the cavapoo is very playful energetic wants to play all the time ,always plays with his toys ,very fast at running compared to cavachon excellent at retrieving a ball ,very loyal , I could have a house full these dogs gave so much back

Couple of questions. Which one 1) Barks the least? 2) Was easier to housebreak? 3) Has the least health issues? 4) Suffers less from separation anxiety? (may be hard to answer this since they have each other for a companion vs singular dog)

We just got a Cavachon. He is so amazing! He was house broke by 10 weeks. He is so smart.

Did you use potty pads or did you simply take him outside frequently? How long before he slept through the night? Thanks!

@@cre8509 no potty pads. We used the same door and the same spot in the yard. We kept him in his crate at night and as soon as he was up we scooped him out of his crate and took him out to his spot. We also took him out about 15 to 30 mins after he Ate. We did not give him free run of the house and we were always watching him. As soon as he looked like he was going to go potty we scooped him up and took him out. We were just consistent and after about 2 weeks he was house broke.

@@cre8509 sleeping through the night can still be a problem and he is 9 months. Most nights he does now. That took till about 6 months but it does get better.

I have Cavachon - a very sweet funny dog. Easy to train. But a little bit of attention seeker. I recommend in every aspect except she does not handle being only. So get them if don't have to leave them alone for more than 2 hours. (For Puppy the time is much shorter). The only time my dog barks is when she is playing and super excited or my son has a friend visiting and they are playing in a room not allowing her to get in. But not more than 1 or 2 bark. I think she is the opposite of a husky and does not like to make any sound even when spoken to. Just moves ear to listen
