We really can hardly understand. How can. fake and inefficient, not-knowledgeable lawyer can do effective practice, except working as tout or like... Black coat touts are only bringing clients, if any, but rhe cases, are being handed over to known advocates against commission.. Removal of them would not thus be in all way help the eligibles in struggle... Furthermore, in every system touts remain, whatever be their get up..
