Isme naya kuch bhi nahi hai har mamle me I.O 161 cr.p.c ke statement ko chargesheet ka part banate hi hain jise hum case diary bolte hain but as an advocate hum jaante hain ki wo statement court me admissible nahi hote.

Sir ek question hai, IO accused ko fasane ke liye accused ki side se 4 aadharcard mangta hai sign kiye hue aur unhe hi chargesheet main gavah bnakar accused ke khilaf likh deta jabki jinki unme se ek gawah accused ka beta hai aur ek accused ki wife dono gawaho ko hi accused k khilaf likh deta hai kya yeh accept hogi court main

@@vinaysinghnoida17 then sabhi witness ko impeach krna. Accused k counsel ki jimedari hai, during cross examination. Secondly, ye cheze prove krni jruri hai. Police ne sare witness khud plant kiye hai. Ya witness pr pressure dalkr interested parties ko he witness banaya hai. Thirdly, In court proceedings, all such witnesses had no strong realiable testimony for the conviction of accused.
