@@LaylaPomper Hi Layla. Just a small general feedback. I discovered SmartSuite almost too late. I was missing the real database feature in ClickUp (not being all based on tasks). Maybe you make one or more comparison videos of work management tools based on a specific subject like database usability or goal setting or note-taking whatever. I think a lot of people know what feature set are important to them; and need advice for matching tools

Thank you for your question about being able to display records across multiple apps in one calendar. Yes, we allow this, and it is one of our most used features for our Calendar View. When you click on the "date" button in our view toolbar, we allow you to select which date field or fields to use in the calendar. These date fields are limited to the data fields in the app you are viewing. However, below this selection, we then allow you to select calendars from any other App in SmartSuite to also display in the calendar you are viewing. Hopefully, this answers your question, but it not, please let me know. Thx

Yes please part 2, 3, 4, 6..... infinity 😛. One question, does two or more solutions (bag) talk to each other? Does solution is same as space in clickup but they can contain things which are not task as well?

Hey Gourav! #1 - Yes! You can connect Solutions together with Linked Records and all sorts of other fun things. #2 - Solution is probably most comparable to a Space in ClickUp, yes!

What a great video, what a great explanation. I wish, I would have had this, while doing Clickup setup in order to understand it better. I love Smartsuite. I love Clickup, too. But I never liked the small, fine text which needs a lot of concentration for me (maybe I am getting old 🙂 and not working with colors etc. to make the eye calm. Just one thing missing in Smartsuite, I think (or I have to watch more of your videos)... time tracking is not possible in SmartSuite? Only fill in a certain time, but no time tracking. What a pity. I hope, this will come soon. PART 2

I like SmartSuite. But i don't like their Airttable-like homepage. I prefer to have all solutions available in the side menu. Also, their Airtable-like pricing does not fit my business. If I have more than 5k leads in my db, I should pay $28/per user. looks expensive

Hey Oleg! I really agree about the homepage. I actually submitted this as a feature request to SS directly, too: smartsuite.canny.io/feature-requests/p/make-a-home-page-focused-on-end-users I hear you about the record limits, too. However, I don't know that it's quite that unreasonable. Price-conscious folks always have the option to create multiple solutions and connect them together. You could have a Solution per lead type or Solution for A->N and O->Z, for example. 🤷‍♀️

@@LaylaPomper I love the idea of having all in one place. I have 35k users in the app I develop. If I want to sync all of them, I need the Users App in SmartSuite with 35k+ limit. Also, I have ~10 employees/contractors, so I have to pay 10 * 28 * 12 = 3.360 /y just for SmartSuite because of only user records in the specific solution. And once I reach 50k users, which is going to happen soon, the price will be 10 * 41 * 12 = 4.920/y

Oleg, I wanted to acknowledge that I saw your comment about our home page and let you know we are exploring some options to give users more control over the content they can choose to display. Our goal is to have the home page feel more personal to each user, and we are working on more of a Dashboard type approach. In this case, users could select and order the elements to be displayed on the page.
