In this video you basically read my mind with a process on my to do list. I love what you created here and could really use this as a jumping off point. Do you use smartsuite for your husband's construction business? If so, how's it working for him? Ty

He's transitioned to joining a bigger company and actually closed up his construction business. However, if he were to go out on his own again, I'd be building him out at SmartSuite. The main reasons come down to (1) how nice the mobile app is and (2) that SmartSuite isn't a platform built around due dates (which my spouse loathes). Currently, we use it for personal projects and, in his words, "It just works a lot better for my brain since it's just cleaner to look at."

@@LaylaPomper I'm not built around due dates either! So I'm with him on this. :) I keep pausing this video to try to capture all the fields as a starting place for my build out for my youtube channel. I have a haphazard system right now in Obsidian, which works well enough, but not great for long-term looking back and remixing content and videos. I had built it out a bit before, but then I got lazy with the system - hence your recent reiterating and repeat the process process was a helpful reminder. ;)
