Tbh, I prefered starting with scripting. Now I have 4 years of experience and can code almost anything. Start with what passionates you. Get a hang of the UI then get to reading and practicing. Takes time, but worth it! I now made over 3k usd from coding on roblox and which is really great as I am just 15!

I’ve had almost 6 years of experience (developer since 2017) and for some reason I’m still stuck on the intermediates (scripting btw), I don’t know how to use modules properly or tables and all that. I’ve tried learning advanced stuff so I can be at the level I’m supposed to be but it’s hard.

I got a question. How did you learn how to script? I watched a lot of videos and only watching them once doesn't really help me since I just forget the next day. Is there some sort of thing that I have to do to learn how to script like trying scripts everyday or something? how should I try to learn how to script? You should watch tutorials and then keep trying them, this way the thing you are learning makes it clear. You should understand rather than just raw memorize

Don’t let things you believe hold you back as a dev. A lot of people think being too young, or not knowing how to script, or not learning fast enough will make it impossible for them to make a good game one day. It’s not true - keep trying and destroy these beliefs and replace them with ones that will help you be a success - not keeping you down. Hope this helps you🔥
