The respite of anyone who is playing smash for the first time haha. Can’t blame them, they haven’t been playing across multiple platforms continuously for decades so it’s to be expected. I remember when I first played as n64 pikachu. The b button was all I pressed. Still, don’t knock spamming if it’s very strategic and skilled. If someone’s dumb enough to walk into the same attack over and over again like a broken npc it’s on them not you..

I never felt more out of sorts, gaming wise, than the couple of times I sat down to play Smash with my nephews. So many hours and high levels of skill under my belt with traditional fighting games, yet I find Smash to be nonstop confusion and I couldn't beat an 8yo.

Darkrai was a special event pokemon (If I recall correctly) and Giratina was the front pokemon for Pokemon Platinum (Gen.4) and I used both of those. I'm late as always but... Those Pokemon are powerful if used correctly. Dark/Spectre pokemon for the win

Idea for a new stage, if theres a stage creator like brawl. Its called Alas!, basically its a box with one hole for the characters to drop down into. You fight, 1 life, only bombs and those bouncy circle barriers, see who can be knocked out the hole first. Very frustrating and takes a while. But rather fun.

It's really not as bad as everyone makes it out to be, i might be in the minority because i've played since Melee so i'm used to it, but if you stop trying to look at the screen as a whole and focus on your fighter it's easier to handle. There's very clearly colourful indicators to see where you are if you can't find yourself. It's just almost like tuning out the chaos.

Surely Pikachu should've represented Dob. "Thunderwave" anyone? And I really wanted an OXBox vs. OXtra team battle, where OXBox (as team green) had to use characters that were originally on non-Nintendo systems (Sonic, Snake, Cloud, Richter, Joker [when the DLC comes out], etc.), while team OXtra (as team purple) used characters that represent the channel: unofficial mascot (time-traveling) Pikachu, and Isabelle to represent Ellen's adorable all-loving nature. Stage? Final Destination. No items. Oh! Also a 4 v 4 of the original 8 standard characters from the original Smash Bros. (Mario, Link, Donkey Kong, Samus, Fox, Pikachu, Kirby & Yoshi). Followed by a free-for-all of the four original secret characters (Jigglypuff, Luigi, Ness, and Captain Falcon). Oh well, maybe next time.

@@michiev the thing is they already have plenty of money for the show, it's not like they're some fledgling channel with a few thousand subs. We give them our views, thumbs up, and subs, and that's how they make money, which was entirely enough to support them before youtube recently added the paid subscription and donating features. I don't have a problem with people joining up or even donating, I mean I'd at least join if I wasn't dead broke, but seeing someone donate hundreds of dollars every stream just seems crazy to me. There's a difference between buying them a drink to get your message read and just plain showering them with money. I have a lot of financial troubles at the moment, so this undoubtedly bothers me more than it would most but I just find it odd to watch people handing over their hard-earned paychecks to people who not only don't need it, but who actively tell their audience that donations are definitely not needed.
