Smash Burgers 1st Attempt. Was it a SUCCESS?

Hello new sub here. Next time let ‘em brown a lil on bottom. Then turn them over and then smash them that will prevent sticking. Just my 2 cents.

That’s a great idea. I actually tried again today and used parchment paper to smash and it worked good but I will try that for sure. Thanks for the sub…..we appreciate that!!!!!
