First stock is a perfect example of why Sheik is such a late meta character. Rox messes up his combo into bouncing fish by just a couple frames, so he hits revenge. Skyjay reads one jump and he does at 37%. Sheik is actually so good, but just one little mess up of her highly technical gameplay and it’s over. Eventually someone will be consistent enough with her and will show how crazy she is, but now is not that time.

I love how people still put sheik in top tier. Like bro. It’s almost impossible in bracket with here especially against a character like incineroar that kills so early. You have to play perfect

It's not impossible, you just have to play good and neutral. Skyjay is the only one putting in work for Incineroar

@@mandalorianhunter1the problem is imo Sheik is just too unforgiving for competitive play. She doesn’t allow you those slumps mid game or set, because those slumps could just cost your stock at 40 despite the 100+ damage you’ve put on your opponent. I think she’s a great character to learn, and will really teach you how to work for your kills, but competitively she’s just looks too stressful and demanding. I don’t understand people putting her at the top, I could see an argument for it being theoretical but realistically you will never play perfectly all game or all set.

people saying stuff about sheik when rox actually messed up... idk if he was nervous but he was definitely mashing... you cant mash that hard on incineroar. i think looking back he might have realized that. i love rox but he had 0 patience this game and didnt play as good as he is
