I think the main problem here was edgeguarding. Shinymark had not trouble combing Cloud out of stage but that doesn't get you stocks unless he can't come back to the stage. If Shinymark improves his edgeguard he may become a killing machine

@diegootero6095 a character with such strong neutral, disadvantage, and edge-guarding doesn’t need free 60% combos to be very good. They also don’t need free kill options but for some reason pika has a kill throw and a dash attack that kills surprisingly early, so even if you fail to edge guard you can secure stocks. Character is broken but the player base is not performing.
