as someone who comes from germany (where the show is from): 1. it is national tv which everyone is forced to pay and they don't do good stuff with that money (accept getting this band, but into a morning show mostly watched by +50 housewives) so noone really sees this because every normal dude or dudette is at work or smth like that and 2. most of the people there are almost drunk from sparkling wine for breakfast :D

i know its abit late but that was probably the ZDF Fernsehgarten which is usually only playing schlager music and is watched by mainly the older generations with a way more calmer taste for music, to put it nicely, they plaed there again a few days ago and i was actually shocked what a rock band is doin on that show xD

That's because you can only perform playback at "Fernsehgarten" (the show). Thats one of their showrules for bands and singers.

Just found the video by now...eventhough i´m not sure why i missed it...hmm. If you guys are in germany again, please go to a TV Show from the Channel Pro7. "Tv total" or "Das Duell um die Welt" or any Show from Joko and Claas. The Audience will be much younger and much more filled with Energy. ZDF, ARD and NDR are mostly watched by older people that are 60+. Greetings from Germany and i cross my fingers for Eurovision for you guys this year! I want to see you win in Liverpool! :)
