Tiamat is able to take human form, usually appearing as a dark-haired human sorceress. Also of note is that Gygax intended for Tiamat to be active on multiple worlds, though she may be known by different names and have different abilities on each. Thus Takhisis from the world of Krynn (Dragonlance) is an aspect of Tiamat and takes a similar human form there as well, and there is artwork of this form on the cover of Dragonlance Chronicles Volume 4: Dragons Of Spring Dawning Part 2. She often takes human form when interacting with mortals, so you probably wouldn't be smashing her 5-headed dragon form.

I dunno if he counts as a villain (he's morally grey at least) but my undead warlock player for Curse of Strahd picked out Jander Sunstar as their character's patron for two reasons 1) he's hot 2) he hates Strahd.

Borca - Ivana Boritsi - Alchemist, Manipulator and Plotter; is a more Social Intrigue type villain who has various poisons at her disposable. Phisical description (and main downside/turnoff) - Shes permntly a Teen due to the Mists and Toxins affecting her body, so shes looks like a "youngish" teen with pale scale and dark-red flared veins, with her blood being toxic (and problaby her skin aswell if were being honest). Silver Linning.: At least shes better looking and more mature then her brother. Carnival of Wonders (This is an Unseelie/Dark Fey carnival, the counterpart to the Witchlight Carnival) - Isolde - Fighter with Evil Holy Avenger Phisical description - Get an Eladrin or Elf and make them Black. Overall not to bad looking, but shes cursed with having to deal with her former patrons bullshit, the carnival having freak acidents, visitors going missing or worse and the constant dread of not being able to finish her goal if she comes across the Witchlight Carnival. The reason is that the Onwers switched carnivals for a time, switching back once they meet again. Problaby the easiest and safest choice if ya seek her out, but yeah... curse shit and your likely to become a target. Richemulot - Jacqueline Renier - Rat Queen The gist of this plane is that theres a constant rat plague, nobles tend to hide in safety and the one on top of keeping people safe is also the one creating the plague since their a Wererat Queen. Overall not to bad, is mature royal/high society lady, getting close to old lady but is not to bad. However she has a weird rat fashion thing going on and is a Wererat. Lamordia - Viktra Mordenheim This is problaby the most human of the bunch, but shes basically a Victor Frankenstein genderbent... thats both the positive and negative if you read the Frankenstein story. Kartakass - Harkon Lukas - Loup-garou Hes a goddamn Bard whos cursed with never being remenbered, no matter where he gos in the plane, and is also the one to blame for werewolf problems and making sure no upstart performer gets fame or dies before getting it. Hes overall not bad looking and if your a werewolf fucker, then you get a bonus out of it I guess. But he is the Werewolf version of Strahd but with a diferent creepy vibe. There are other villains and even a few who have potential in the "Other Domains" section. Thou we really got robbed of some cool domains in this book.
