If you’re interested in more funny 1.0.0 smash things, you can do the infinite assist trophy glitch with Isabelle. That’s what I always use it for😂

@LaserDoge74 you can also just remove the updates in the options menu for the game. I don’t remember off the top of my head but it should be under save data or data management or something like that. Only downside is you’ll have to unlock all the characters again

You missed the biggest post 1.0 ganon nerf of all thanks to that short match. Ganon's side-b used to always kill him last. Before the day 1 patch, he was the only character with a suicide move that always killed him last

Pichu f-tilt hitbox, duration, or frame data was never nerfed. It was only the knockback that got nerfed. Also, some of the recoil damage moves got its self-damage reverted by to pre-patch status at patch 11.0, with Agility actually dealing less recoil damage than pre-patch.

I remember shield damage for projectiles was heavily nerfed at some point. In theory, Mii Gunner was at least high tier in the early game because of true shield break setups, but people just had worse defense back then and very aggressive characters like Pichu and Chrom were also very good which is part of the reason why people didn't use them.

Random early ultimate thing everyone forgot about cause they patched it early: the shield up b option select. If you held up b while holding shield, the very instance you got hit your up b would come out. Was kind of a broken defensive tool.

Marth's tippers were generally so much harder to land, and now after the buffs, he feels so much more like a character. He still has a sus Dancing Blade, but that's about it. Also it's funny how Lucina actually got nerfed a bit. Corrin was also very bad. Up special was weak and inconsistent, side B was trash, and landing some attacks weren't worth it. Now she's placing well at majors and has one of the best kits a slow swordie could have. Hero... wait was Hero EVER nerfed or buffed? I don't think so.
