Yep, typical Poppt. And then he follows it up with a clarification that makes no sense. The UV isn't lower in Japan because it's cold as the sun is closest to Earth during Southern Hemisphere summer, and both countries are about equidistant to the equator. It's because the country is dry and the Southern Hemipshere is more directly in the path of the sun's rays thanks to the ozone hole. We've basically got a cosmic laser pointed at us. You'd think training to become a teacher would have taught him not to be so confidently incorrect about so many things, haha.

I think the reason why we Americans speak a bit louder is because we rely so heavily on individual car transportation here. With so many cars on the road all that engine noise adds up, especially in more populated areas like big cities. So I think people within that kind of environment all the time tend to just naturally learn to speak up.

This mod is so cool yet absolutely terrible at the same time. It's hard to enjoy all the new creative changes when everything kills nigh instantly or does absurd amounts of knock back and/or damage. The fun part about Brawl Minus was that move that were completely absurd didn't just kill instantly. Mario's firebrand was powerful but it didn't delete you from the game, browser's grappler moves were terrifying and flashy but landing one didn't stun the opponent, give them 999 percent, and then kill them. The only exception to this is Ganondorf, the worst character in normal brawl, who's neutral special does exactly 666 percent. It just seems like the team that made this mod focused on the absurdity of that move and just assumed that was what made Minus so much fun.
