I especially love how Sakurai-san drinks Coke Zero. Ever since his interview with Harada-san at Harada's Bar, he's admitted that he never drinks water since he feels weird about it and doesn't drink alcohol, so he's always guzzling away with soda. The moment when they both agreed that cilantro was awful was a beautiful moment. Even I, who doesn't mind the taste of cilantro, felt blessed anyway. Just remembering January 2020 for Byleth trailer and how everyone was thinking that it was going to be Dante because DMC3 was being released for Switch those days. Just the opposite for me, I love fire emblem but I was sick of it polluting the character slots with unnecessary characters. Literally 3 of them exist to promote a game ONCE (Roy, corrin, byleth) and three are from the SAME game (awakening trio) Too many fe characters, they should cut the roster in half in keep it that way

I was excited for byleth as well. I also find it hypocritical that people are complaining about too many fire emblem characters when they begged sakurai to add Roy and chrom to the last game (both of whom are luigified marth clones). Byleth by comparison has a fairly unique fighting style so why is adding them so bad, yet they were so insistent on getting luigified clones chrom and Roy? I swear smash fans are the most hypocritical and entitled fans in the world.

I was just laughing the whole way through, thinking: Ohhh, the Smash community's gonna be p*ssed. I'm not into Fire Emblem aside from the music. I wouldn't say I was "disappointed" with Byleth's reveal. After all, I knew we had more DLC fighters on the way (which allowed Pyra/Mythra to join Smash which was AWESOME)

I wouldn’t say Sans stole Banjo’s hype. The internet blew up when he was announced at E3. When the costume was shown off, we already knew Banjo was in the game and was coming out soon
