Movement has been one of my main issues for a long time, I've got all the combos, jab resets and tech chases down but, I wanted to find more ways of approaching and playing a safer neutral. Most of which I've been struggling to cover you've gone over in the vid so thanks for giving me a better understanding of fundamentals I can improve.

​ Wit Sorry for taking so long but some examples are hitting people if they attempt to use a oos option, being a generally strong spacing tool, and fireball tech chasing, tatsu, being able to use whatever you have conditioned someone to do if you hit shield say jump you could chase them with an up b or focus if they are trying to punish you.

Yo I finally got the dash walks down and their sooooo godlike. His nuetral improves so much if you do this because then people can't punish Ken's disappointment of a fox trot. Everyone should def try this stuff out it's mad good

Ken's dash kinda blows because he does a little leap foward that takes him off the ground and when he's landing it has a bit of lag which sucks. Dash walking goes farther and makes you think more rather than brainlessly flicking the analog stick. Usually when trying to mix up or approach I would just instantly get punished because of my dash's lag. For other characters results may vary but it's a rlly good tech to learn

@Fauro, it's weird to explain, but basically you're gonna flick and hold the stick foward and as you gain foward momentum instantly hold the analog stick up or down. If you're familiar with sliding tilts or the RAR tech it's very similar. Try putting more emphasis on the part where you hold the dash and then a little less on the holding up/down

At 14:27 How do you input the Light D-tilt > Heavy D-tilt > Roundhouse combo? And the run up approach version at 15:51? I feel C-stick doesn't string together the light and heavy properly.

Nice job on this guide man. This is great. Though, I have a question for anyone who has an answer. When ur walking and they close the space to an unreactable space. (They just walk forward a bit). Are you supposed to keep retreating to reactable distance and corner yourself? That keeps happening to me. What are you supposed to do if they close the distance a bit?

You need to control the ground with hadoken and spacing your normals to while watching there response that way you can find a pattern to exploit based on how they react

Wow.. I was dash walking differently. Start a dash, go to neutral on the stick, then start a walk. After seeing the walking tip of holding up I made another way to do it but just go to up-forward (9) instead of neutral. Comes out the same though, cant tell which is easier. This also works with buffered input commands for a sliding input commands if you input them in between the dash and the walk..

sebii96 Up smash out of shield hella good and strong f tilt is too small on the sweet spot to be even remotely practical. Still funny if you do a sliding tilt at around 120% and land the sweet spot they die lol

Ken is so much fun but honestly they could've made him hard to use without making him ridiculously skill oriented. Other characters just throw attacks out and don't have to worry about end lag or they can spam projectiles without a care in the world but for the shotos as you covered they can't even dash without being in trouble
