This has got to be one of the clearest explanations and solutions to fixing swing tempo I have ever seen. Keep on releasing great content like this from Natalie Adams!

An excellent video Natalie. Your explanation is the best I have seen. Going through the horrors for the past couple of months with my timing. I can wait to try out your advice at the range. Jim

Coach Natalie ...this tip saved me today. After 2 horrific holes I used the counting technique. It seemed like magic as my game fell in to a much better place and feel. Thank you for these instructional videos- they have really assisted me in practice and on the course.

Really like the 1-2-3 and 4. I try this on driver and it really helps! I was wondering if if can replicate this tempo for irons and thought it may be too slow since irons are shorter. But now you confirm that 1-2-3-4 can be applied for both driver and irons. I will definitely try this right away! I also like the tip on backswing with a bit delay of clubhead. It works well for me! Thank you Natalie!

Another top tip Natalie. When I first started out (many moons ago), somebody suggested using the full name of the legend that is Seve. Aiming to strike the ball on the "os". It is something I have continued to do throughout my golfing career. Now I have got the Garmin S80 (Other makes are available), I use the practice function on the range trying to get my tempo at 3.0/3.1 which gives me a smooth flow through the swing.

What a great drill and a really good visual for the golf course. I will imagine that other ball there in my backswing. Brilliant..

Great vlog Natalie very well explained, sometimes i get a bit quick when my rythem is out, I use my full name Andrew going back James at the top and start of downswing and Gordon on the way through the ball...if I loose it on the course I use my practise swings and then clear brain (hopefully..lol) and go to play the shot...
