Smashing a bible bump! (Ganglion cyst)

It was time to get rid of the bump on my wrist. It was very tender and annoying. I talked to my doctor about getting it operated on and he mentioned there was a risk of infection and it may end up coming back. We agreed that I should just smash it with a book.

@@bigmisssteak6903 no mine is too deep in my wrist it just hurt worse when I tried stashing it 1 billion times hopefully it goes away naturally before I get it drained.

I smashed 2 times it was gone a little but i think will try to smash it again for completely removing my cyst

I’ve never done the smashing technique. I just wait it out and it eventually goes away but comes back. And it’s painful! Was yours painful? Thanks!
