I was actually in the audience here. Just turned 15, me and a mate got tickets. After the performance, I approached Billy, he signed my bbc pass and gave me one of his picks.

Nice man. I wasn't sold on the album upon its release. After several months I found myself finding it totally awesome.

Nah. Transparent. "Awww, the kids aren't into the alternative thing anymore and are all into Marilyn Manson and my ego insists I'm a biggest seller... I know! I'll go goth!!!".

12 March 1998, great performance. I was standing just behind D'arcy in the audience.

it's kenny aronoff, formerly of john mellencamp. the dude is a great drummer but playing w/ 2 percussionists really messed up his timing.

D’Arcy doing her best Kim Deal homage with the backing vocals on “Daphne Descends…” These guys are playing 5-D chess while bands today aren’t even playing tiddly-winks.

remember this at the time glad someone uploaded a good version. Love James Iha's telecaster custom, D'arcy was so hot back then

As much as I love the Adore album, these live versions here were so much better. It's like that one thing the album was missing suddenly made them come alive here.

They’re the bizarro Chili Peppers. MUCH better live than on the album…Corgan actually has brass balls when he’s live. Exhibit A: the very first lyric, of the very first song, in this video. Instead of the whiny, plaintive album version, we get scorn, bitterness, almost RESENTMENT, that he adores this rotten bitch and can’t do anything about it.

Som da minha juventude, hj com 43 anos não deixo de ouvir essa banda maravilhosa 👏👏😍😍😍 Porque ultimamente só aparece lixo achando que sabe toca algo, quero ver fazer um som pelo menos parecido.

Love the '"48 year old divorcee who just discovered the gym" look of the drummer. Best part about this era was D'Arcy's see-through shirts. Hot diggety!

Though I don´t like his voice nowadays (gets me quite angry), I still KNOW "17 seconds" and its importance...(hope you forgot it too, Billy)
