It's crazy that this song was a B-side! This band has to have had the best B-sides ever. I can't think of a band that compares with the quality of the songs that didn't even make it on a record. They were on such a roll!

This song hurts so much to listen to but I absolutely love it. Just calls up images of a girl I'm in love with. I wrote her a letter while listening to this. Billy Corgan really, really knows how to hit a nerve. God bless him. I don't know how I'd exist if it wasn't for him and the Smashing Pumpkins. Their music is the only thing that's kept me from committing suicide.

Yeah I agree. This song hurts me hard in the heart too... Cept it's about a boy I'm hopelessly in love with. In my premonition it's like a dream though, and this song is the soundtrack to waiting to be recognized. (You know how in dreams sometimes people aren't recognizable, or THEY ARE yet you still can't seem to place where you know them from?). This song always confuses me like a dream and still conjures up those same feelings, though in my waking life. So uncomfortable. I don't know how Billy always does this. He's a remarkable talent. Doesn't get his due even though he has gotten quite a lot already (accolades) If I'm honest, I do hope I'll get mines too.. I've been making good music for so so long now.

This is a reminder of the Smashing Pumpkins I miss. Sometimes I wish Billy would let it be; but then again, I haven't been the best with downloading every new track. I may change my mind later, but this is how I will remember them -- heartfelt and genuine, imperfect everything and perfect in so many ways.

I actually agree with you. I still listen to those albums regularly... yet I can't seem to listen to zeitgeist much if at all. not a bad album- just not the smashing pumpkins I fell in love with. I still support them full heartedly. I'll be a fan 'til the end. Billy is amazing. there are some songs on machina/machina ii that are good, but most the time I can't listen to the albums all the way through, have to skip a couple songs here and there :x

I share your disappointment with Zeitgeist. However if you listen to the outtakes and bonus tracks and continuation ep(American Gothic) you will see that there are some amazing songs there.
@LoungeFly2314 жыл бұрын
@f1uckingretard The info says "Personally I think it would've fit nicely into Adore, but maybe it was after that era." I'm stating as a fact that it was a B-Side from Adore. The info seemed a little uncertain, so I was confirming it.

What era did they write this song in do you know? I'd say around the adore days when they didn't have Jimmy but then again they have songs with electronic drums like this written when they had him so I don't know.
