If you put milk or alternative milk in an americano (minute 12:37) it is not any more an americano (americano is espresso with some more hot water with no milk)

Thank you always for very informative videos. But, could I get a fixed subtitles position? Because every time speakers change, the subtitles move opposite to the current speaker, which is very hard to follow and confusing. And I hope you’d use lowercase also. That’d be far easier to read as sentences.
