It's interesting that she said the band changed her life for the better @ 5:50. To this day I don't speak to my own father because of his hatred for all things Smashing Pumpkins. I was born in June 1979, it was my era and I cannot imagine my life without every last song he's ever written and that includes all of the songs floating around on the internet to date. I can tell you where I was, what I was doing when I first heard a particular album or song or when it has meant the most to me and had the biggest impact on my life. I play all the songs that I deem as my favorite on guitar... which is a huge list and growing. I literally had to buy Siamese Dream at least 10 times, MCIS 6 times in a 5 year span. My father would throw them away when he found them or find me listening to them. He even broke into my first apartment to steal everything, even the posters of Billy and Eddy Van Halen on my wall. I moved out when I was 15 to get free of it, then later again and the final time at 19 when Adore was released. I moved in with a girl that I met on AOL who I found had the same love for Billy as I did, we split up in 2000 however. The only remaining "ORIGINAL" SP item that slipped through my fathers grips is the Siamese Dream Guitar TAB Book. I've repurchased all the items he had thrown out off eBay and amazon plus I've acumulated more, but I can never get photos of the S.D. & MCIS Tour back though. I think Billy is more of a father figure than my own father ever was... which is sad. Now I play the songs for my own kids who I love so much, they both love when I play. As they get older, I know they'll love to appreciate the music as much as I do.

I'd pay a good sum every month/year to see something like this on some kind of regular basis. This seems like some real content here without ulterior motives. Really enjoying it!

It's always cool to see Artist/Musicians of Billy's status give back to the fans . There are a lot of music fans who will never get to see a rock show cause of circumstances . I love seeing well known rock bands and even music legends like Billy roll into small towns and play for the poor folk . I think a band should do that . Do a tour of the small town America . Rent the halls like VFW's , American Legions etc and make a DVD of it . That would be super cool !

Fans seem more like family the more I watch these. It's an emotional attachment to the songs and driving music. You can't really know any person, but we get a sliver.

When I was little I thought "Oh my darling" was about two girls loosing their little brothers in the woods. It makes sense because I grew up as the youngest, the only boy, and having two older sisters. Hearing Billy sing it now, I can see it has a much more sinister meaning. ._.

That’s neat to hear that American couple talk, memories, now I’m homeiOz. I liked the SP songs since Canada 93, but I never really looked, so on 24/6/22 I took a closer look at what I’d liked for near 30years,then I thought who is that lead and I searched, “Billy Corgan”, then it was my Birthday 25/6/22, I saw the film Elvis with my 11 and 12 .5yr sons,in Oz on the Gold Coast, later I looked SP in 22 . So as in Oz my 15yr marriage to a vampire is on the rocks, I am now on a 30tour of the middle of America, with Billy today 27/6/22, I loved the states, but these days I’m limited I suppose by choice.I looked, I saw, I caught up and America, Patric Corgan really reallyneat, to see these states with SP, keep producing love, your a warrior, luv from Natalie.
