psycrow's mario maker 1 levels were incredible but he has sadly been very quiet since mario maker 2's release (in terms of big hacked levels like this one), except for this and a couple of other levels he made about a year ago. he has still been hard at work in the glitch hunting community and has done some awesome stuff in animal crossing though

Yep. I’d assume it’s using Yuzu emulator. Another one is Ryujinx emulator, which is more towards accuracy than speed. (Speed is still a big deal though, I’d assume). Ryujinx has local multiplayer emulated!
