This video is a bit of coincidence for me. I started some training 3 weeks ago having scheduled an early morning slot. It turned into a sprint and a positive feedback loop. Only downside is that I'm getting half the sleep because I wake up excited. Edit, other weird side effect is that people can detect the confidence and positivity just from my body language.

Thank you so much Sam. Great video content as ever. But this is the first time I've noticed a background soft tune in the background, which I don't think is needed, in my opinion. It's like chill out relaxing music, which contrasts with the vibe of "I want to learn", for me at least. Hope you don't mind me sharing this bit of feedback.

I’m was drinking coffee every day but the intense mood swings I get from it just pull me down so deep that I get depressed and at that point I don’t get anything done anymore. I’m gonna try it without for now and miss out on the highs but at least (hopefully) not get to those low points anymore

Sounds like a good idea! I have a friend who quit caffeine entirely and said it was the best thing he ever did.

So now with worksprint people should "pay" to work?

You’re paying for accountability and coworking sessions. Most people work on side projects. Plenty of positive results from those who’ve joined but it’s likely not for you
