I stumbled across this. Thankyou. We are planning a service, celebration of life, memorial whatever you want to call it. Our dilemma is that our daughter left an abusive marriage, went missing and was found dead. We think she was murdered. It is important to get the message out about DV but is it appropriate to do that at a service? 1 out of 4 women experience DV, so you can bet there will be someone there that needs to hear it.
