This video demonstrates the control of any type of device via the semilimes API.
The purpose of the project is to manage the start and end of a predefined mission of a drone by means of a smartphone on which the semilimes application is installed.
The drone is managed by electronic boards, dedicated to stability and automatic flight functions. The flight controller communicates with a Raspberry Pi CM4 module mounted on an ochin_CM4v2 board. The "higher abstraction layer" is based on a linux operating system on which the software runs, that communicates via the semilimes API. This makes it possible to communicate with the semilimes server through the Internet connection, and with the flight controller through a wired serial connection.
By means of the semilimes app it is also possible to make a video call with the drone, which will send the video stream from its camera. The control of operations is accessible through a dynamically generated dashboard in the drone's semilimes user profile.
