I’m not a huge fan of chocolate in fragrances but my fiancé recently got Double Attack by Mind Games and it smells amazinggg on him. I might need to check out the Chris Collins’ one now. Recently I’ve been loving Noble Blush by Lattafa. I’ve had it for 2 weeks now and I’ve worn it almost everyday💗it’s a beautiful rose gourmand

Double attack is really good! That was the first chocolate fragrance I liked. I would definitely get that one if I didn't have Lust Oud Delice. I've been going back on forth on purchasing Noble Blush! Can you compare it to anything? I have so many rose fragrances!

I’ve seen people compare it to both Delina and Yara. I’ve never smelled Yara before but I don’t think it smells like Delina outside of the rose note. It’s nowhere near as tart and sharp as Delina is. It smells like a rose flavored dessert. I definitely pick up on the lactonic/creaminess. If rose creamsicle was a thing that’s what I would describe it as. I definitely think it’s a safe blind buy but not a necessity if you have a lot of rose fragrances.

As someone who loves to smell edible and enjoy a literal gourmand i find for work i have to tone it down 😂 i can't be smelling like a chocolate croissant so my fav go to that is more of an elevated gourmand is Navitus Miel Extase i describe this scent as a chocolate and fruit charcuterie board picture dried fruits like apricots, and chocolate but that saffron, rum, and tonka elevates it ❤

This is my lane!! I love to smell warm and inviting but in a sophisticated way. I like Amour caffe by Mancera, Starlight by Xerjoff, Vanilla Powder and Grand Master by Mind Games. Also Milk by Commodity and Speakesy by the Harlem Candle Company. Both the candle and the fragrance are great!

BDK Gris Charnel has been on my wishlist, but I heard the extrait is better so I going to smell that before I decide. Have you tried Lamar by Kajal that pineapple note in there is beautiful.

Idk why people get the idea that gourmand perfumes smell literally like food. The first perfumes that popularized the gourmand category were the likes of Thierry Mugler Angel and Lolita Lempicka. Those were groundbreaking when they first released. Nowadays everyone with a camera (not Brittany, of course) considers themselves experts in perfumes, but talk about nothing but literal cake and caramel perfumes. *Thanks for listening to my Ted Talk 🤭
