My favorite hair mist is uncle funkys daughter deFunk. Once I got a compliment on how good I smelled from a stranger when I had it in my hair. It’s water based for natural hair. I was asking them to bring it back because they stopped selling it and they did bring it back ..

Hi, my hair mists are Delina, br540, good girl, black opium, mochino toy 2 bubble gum, angel, d&g light blue, Dylan blue turquoise and hundred silent ways . I have a few more more but these are the ones I reach for the most. I don't own the dylan turquoise fragrance, though, but the hair mist is my summertime go-to. I wish all brands made em. When I love a fragrance, I want everything they have, lol. I'd say my top 3 are Delina, Angel , and hundred silent ways.

Crochet braids are bomb. You can crochet any style you want. Installs now can be under 1 hr....love them as a protective style.

Yes, I love it when you just sit and talk and tell us what is on your mind! I am with you on the messed up hair, I have never liked that look. I do the same with the Hair Mist, if one comes with the fragrance I try to get it. I also spray most of my fragrances using the sprinkler system and I don't worry about getting it in my hair! I use to get relaxers a lot when I was younger. My hair would be fried, died, and laid to the side. LOL A few years ago, I decided to go natural. Since I've been working out, I decided to get braids instead of dealing with the daily maintenance of twist outs. My hair is really thick and I would hate to go to the stylist every three weeks, except for trimming. I've never been into hair mist, but Im pretty sure I've sprayed fragrances in my hair. You should try the braids again. I think you would look nice bestie. My SOTD is Bond # 9 Greenwich Village 🙂

If u want to use less heat on ur hair, I recommend u get a Brazilian blowout ( keratin treatment) it's almost like getting a relaxer without the chemicals instead with protein. You just have to keep up with conditioning treatments.

I was in Sephora today and smelt the sol de janeiro firming body oil. It was 52$ though…I’ll get it when I have rewards. I’ve tried that floral Gisou oil and gave it away. It was too sweet and I felt it clashed with my other fragrances.

But I have to find that Chanel too (but you can pronounce my name like that as well just with an R lol). I'm natural so I just wear my afro to the gym and be done. But those braids are called fairy braids here in Charlotte NC. I will be getting those this week and I too keep my hair JET Blk as well. No other way darling. SOTD Alien Goddess

I have the Gisou hair perfume. Smells amazing…doesn’t last very long tho’. It may last longer on your hair since it’s obviously longer than nine.

Hey there. I don’t know why, but I have the Baccarat hair mist and I was so disappointed with it. To me, it smells nothing like Baccarat, and luckily does not last in my hair longer than maybe 20 minutes. I wish I had not wasted my money on that.

Scent of the day: Prada Candy. There are SO many perfumes out now and popular fragrances across the frag community that I feel I forgot about this simple beauty Prada Candy. So I whipped her out today and so incredibly happy that I did! Ugh, dealing with greys now (which is like a right of passage with the women in my family LOL) Mine has come in my 30s while my cousins all had grey hair since high school. Lastly, hunny, if I'm wearing my infamous middle part with straight hair (which I love) I absolutely want 'bone straight' no mess!!! Lol

Hi, hairstylist here I think you should really consider low half up half down. The top portion of your hair can be styled to your liking however the main idea is that it will be slicked in a stationary position that will allow for the convenience of you not having to style it daily especially if your a fitness girly, and the added bonus is that the extension hair can be installed in a way that none of your natural hair is left out and you can get that flip/whip action that we girls love.
