Love you man. Keep it up and keep at it. You are not alone. I'm 42 who left his corporate-slavery a few years ago. I'm working as a Free-lance IT consultant. The money isn't too good. But the moments which I'm sharing with my family and myself is priceless. In substance, being a looser from the society's point-of-view has it's merits. And it takes guts to kinda deprogram yourself at this "crisis age of early forties" enough to be able to peep through the keyhole of the matrix we are trapped in. Love your stand-ups and God-speed... 😄👍👌

I've watched and listened to most of your stories so far but this one was truly the most inspirational and amazing one. How great it must feel as a father to have your kid sat in front of you as you tell stories like these. I hope one day, in the far future, I can be blessed with a similar experience. Thank you very much for sharing, and good luck with the web series!

From all the sense the sense of smell tends to be the strongest in terms of memories and associations... So most of the time when you smell a familiar smell, and have associated it with place, you will automatically feel like you are there...

Such fresh n good content. The only flaw in the story is when I quit my MBA job, to start entertainment I didn't have enough money for Starbucks all the time. Hahah. I yet need to learn the cheapest thing I can order.

THAT BLOODY FAKE SMELL!
@karanjatav84377 жыл бұрын
Fake smell?? Sitting in a Starbucks cafe for six months paying for that smell of coffee, with an audi to drive, people like you first achieve their success and critizise it in an AC room in front of all these "Classy" people, if u really hate all this just leave it and start again only with those smells u talk about... I know your success is all because of your own struggle but dont fake about how uncomfortable you are with all the comfort you have now.. Apperciate it because people like me still crave for the stability in life you ve achieve with all those fake smells..

He was uncomfortable, maybe that's why he left his job (which was flourishing him well enough), to follow his passions :) No offence :)

None taken, I m not against his decisions and the way he wants to live it.. but i dont feel right about how he disgusts the part of his life that brought him here. If u really hate that life u should leave all the luxuries that those fake smell bought him. They are others who really want to be at his place and are fighting for it everyday.

That's just his set of choices :) I mean, he didn't hate a luxurious life I guess. He hates the smell of business class travels, five star hotels, business meetings and he was talking all this in regards of his job. :) Baaki, it' s a fact that we should appreciate what we have in life, because out there, there are a lot of people, who want to be what we are :)

i dont know where exactly i m not feeling right about his attitude.. but even if he hates the smell of how comfortable his pattern of work was.. just think about the rikshaw valas, servents, waiters, cobblers how hard their way of working is.. They would like to work in the same enviornment he hates.. i think im going too deep with this.. its just i dont like his 'fake smell' remark.. Period.. Vaise i dont care kaun kya bol raha hai aur kyu bol raha hai.. its just for once the intellectual Karan jaag gaya..! Lets chuck it now.
