Casey went over to Puddles's friend's house in L.A. Puddles made Casey his very first latte and they both had a bowl. Puddles is tall. He picked up a guitar, i picked up my upright bass and we jammed.

I loved everything about this. The harmony was gorgeous, the bass solo was wonderful, Casey's rasp & Puddles' falsetto were a nice contrast, and the obvious camaraderie shows through from beginning to end. Whenever Puddles shows his silly side, it makes me happy. (I rly needed it too. My beloved Granny passed away a month ago, my best friend moved far away and my cat was just diagnosed with cancer.)

I know this is 3 years too late, but my ex-beast the poster child for Narcissistic Personality Disorder & the unacknowledged daughter of Satan divorced me out of the blue in 2012. I understand exactly what you're talking about. If you're like me, you now realize you actually never truly knew the person you married, because the person divorcing you is someone you never met, the real person. It took me 10 years to recover from the financial devastation she caused & just know I've come to terms with the rest. It seems impossible, but never allow another person, regardless of who they are, sacrifice your joy & happiness in life. We only get so much time in life. Don't look at Puddles' music as emotional memories, but what they actually are, enjoyable soul lifting entertainment. I personally love Puddles, his persona is actually very close to mine (except I can't come anywhere close to being in the same ZIP code as his talent!), Puddles helped me to realize that no matter how the world sees you, what's inside you is what determines who you are & what you're capable of.
