Great list. Absolutely love Kashmir, of course I got it after watching you talk about it lol. Amouage Gold, I got a decant of it, and all my nose picked up was a powdery scent.

I really want to try arabian Oud Kashmir! I currently have kalemat black, Rosewood, Resala, madawi, and Arabian prestige from the house. Need to get kashmir for sure especially after watching your review and seeing it pop up over and over again as confirmation of how good it is! Wow! can't believe I actually own FOUR of these! Ambre nuit - sold it off, cos it turned powdery on my skin cedrat boise - blind buy, still have it, but i'm not sure if I'm nose blind to any of the notes in this, cos I just don't get the hype chergui - blind buy, still have it, but feel the same.. don't get the hype vert d'encens - blind buy, smells very vegetable-ish on my skin, was planning to sell it, but will try it for some more time maybe Much love AC!

Great list! About APOM: people from MFK confirmed to me that it's discontinued. Fortunately I've managed to buy a bottle recently. Its a nostalgic perfume to me since it reminds me of a lipstick or perfume that my grandmother used to wear when I was young. It's very soothing.

@@SmellsGoodfragrancereviews I've asked MFK on fb and they've replied "Like a painter retouching his painting, a musician his score to improve its rendering or modernize its theme, Francis Kurkdjian wishes to give APOM Eau de Parfum new impetus. He is committed to offering fair and adjusted perfumery.". Then they've written, that 11ml vials are still available. So either it's completely discontinued (as other sources tell), or MFK might do the same as with the predecessor of Grand Soir - replace APOM with a similar new offering.

Hi AC, correct me if I'm wrong but, "comme des garçons" is a designer house and not a niche house. So when you say that "comme des garçons 2 man" is a niche perfume, do you mean that the fragrance is on a niche level (or smells like a niche perfume), or do you mean that is coming from a niche house? If it is the latter, I think it is not a niche perfume. It is the same for some houses that people may think they are niche houses but it's not the case such as for example Maison Margiela.

I have sampled Dia Man, amazing, but the performance was not as great as other amouages, I think 6 hours it’s just enough for me, very professional scent to me. I don’t think someone will dislike Dia Man. Excellent

Agreed. The longevity is not typical of your usual Amouage parfums, but my gosh, it smells so lovely and like NOTHING else. So sophisticated, and AC's reactions to it should speak for itself....LOL.

Rutvik, no problems, I have done a video, its called top 10 barbershop fragrances. Barbershops and Fougeres are roughly the same. The classification is called Fougere because the idea is to create scents that resemble Ferns. Although Ferns have no scent. When it was created the idea was to have a classification dedicated to men's perfumery but with time that strict guideline has been done away with.

Current formulation of Chergui is pathetic shadow of what it was in the 00's . Personally i would not recommend it to a potential buyer . Of course in a vintage , or early 2010's up to 2014 bottle is in his/her reach , by all means get it asap.

For a new buyer it will work just fine i guess , but if you're well familiar with what Chergui was back in the days , you'll most like be bothered by the differences .
