I don’t know if anybody suggested it or not and you might want to check with your doctor. But when my daughters were little and they had to be on antibiotics I would buy them good belly juice. You can find it at almost any grocery store. But it has probiotics in it and it would help their stomachs when they were on antibiotics so their bellies wouldn’t hurt. I hope Wren feels better soon!
