I remember when I was 5 or 6 years old, my family would dip smelt in bellingham Washington Bay. They were so good when my grandmother would cook them up. So sad there is no runs in the bay .

Yes it was at cowlitz river in Kelso but now it's closed hopefully the WDFW will do a one day extended 😀
