how can i render an aftereffects video with choosen cover? when I render it the cover appear with a random frame

Set the render region to be the frame by pressing B and N, then render and make sure in the render settings you are not selecting the entire timeline

and please can you tell me the right size video which fit all platforms? is (1920*1080) good?
