This is great! Is it possible to completely remove the background layer? I'm just trying to wrap my head around After Effects.
@SmertimbaGraphics9 ай бұрын
Yes, just don't add a solid layer as the background and it should be transparent

10 years ago, I bought dslr d750i canon, but I have not taken or filmed a good video, I just put the dslr in the closet, then I started to learn Photoshop by myself in a short course, but it all stopped As an amateur, I was scared to watch tutorials like yours at that time, I was scared because I wanted to do it but it was hard to understand, I still have one more job to do, but today PS, Premiere, AE seem to seep in. that's my blood bro By the way, I wonder if Davinci Resolve is hard to get started bro, have a nice day@@SmertimbaGraphics
@SmertimbaGraphics Жыл бұрын
I feel you🔥 Davinci could be a bit confusing if you are switching from premiere and after effects, but it's manageable. Similar to blender in some ways like nodes and terminology

Is there any way to make this effect, duplicate it and change the text (its alignment, colour, etc)?
@SmertimbaGraphics7 ай бұрын
Yeah, you need to duplicate the composition in the project window first and then add it to the timeline
@SamikshaRathi-ve1yq7 ай бұрын
@@SmertimbaGraphics We'll have to change the positions of each keyframe (push them ahead in the timeline) for each duplicate window though, right? And can you change the keyframe positions after pre-composing?
@SmertimbaGraphics7 ай бұрын
Depends when you want to animate additional text you would move the keyframes that is correct. You can always go back into the precomps at any point

i want to fill out the solid colors of the logo while the neon builds, is it possible to explain in comment section?
@SmertimbaGraphics Жыл бұрын
I didn't get the question, what do you mean by filling out solid colors?
@thewlegacy847 Жыл бұрын
@@SmertimbaGraphics i found a way myself, what i meant was that the neon saber is only the outline but the rest is empty, i wanted the rest to fade in after the saber completes its path, im solving this by putting image of the logo and timestamping it's ocapicity
