You don't need a null object for this method, it's done using solid layers

It's possible but the result wouldn't be as accurate since you would need to manually apply keyframes in premiere, but it could definitely make a good video🔥

As long as you add 3d camera tracker, add a camera with the solid layer and precompose it, you can replace the solid layer in the pre comp with anything you want. If you want to draw custom stuff with a brush tool, double click on the solid layer to open it in a separate window that will allow you to draw on it, then there's a checkbox in effect controls to paint on transparent.

I don't understand why, even though I do the 3D tracking and position the solid in specific points, the solid moves and doesn't remain anchored to the wall, could you explain it?

That is probably because the tracking points are moving, due to an inaccurate tracking. Tracking could struggle in some scenes

Hey man i Have a questrion. If I want to add Shadow on a text and not on a png., it says that its not possible to do so, because you can't add a precomp. How do i get a shadow behind the text?

I've just double checked and was able to add drop shadow effect to a text layer that is inside the precomp and just the text layer alone, drop shadow appears in both scenarios. What was the exact scenario you were trying to do, maybe I will be able to help out

Technically anything is possible with element 3d, but to make a map into spherical you can apply cc sphere effect and it will do juat that without plugins😁

No, you only add 3d camera once and then just add solid layers, then precompose

The exact same way as shown in the video, the only difference is that you won't have an option to create another camera, just the solid layer. Make sure you select the 3d camera effect so it's highlighted in order to see the tracking points again, then choose a different area and right click, then proceed with the restof the steps

Hey, i have a question. When i'm adding that 3d plugin onto composition panel, it renders all the connection dots and etc. But doesn't let me do anything with them while saying "3d camera tracker function: only used on composition panel"(could possibly spelled it wrong, my AE is on another language). But i'm just confused, because there's physically no other place that would allow to add it

⁠@@SmertimbaGraphicsyeah. Literally step by step. But I think maybe I figured it out? Because I tried to make just a raw new project only by importing video I needed. And it worked apparently… Because before, I started with "create a new composition" on the main screen and imported my video in it. But idk what’s the difference that allows me to work with the plug-in, because in both situations there’s only my video on that timeline and composition panels. So yeah, I was really surprised that creating a new project by directly importing a video first, just solved everything
