And ironically, that's part of why his plan failed. If he'd chosen anyone other than the SMG4 crew (especially Mario), he might've actually been able to pull off his plan to get 5-star ratings due to them likely being easier to work with/control. In videogame terms, Mr. Puzzles basically leapt directly into the hardest difficulty setting from the get-go. Although his lack of creativity seems to be an issue as well, or else his work wouldn't all be copycats/parodies of existing works.

Even over a month later I still come back and listen to this. This guy is one of the greatest and also one of the most dangerous villains the SMG4 gang has ever faced. Who would’ve thought we’d see a villain capable of physically taking control of the crew and trapping them in an endless world of entertainment (and not the good kind either).
