They left me in a state of depression and confusion and blamed me for my own trauma and mistreatment because they didn't want to feel guilty for their actions. Also, derived enjoyments from inflicting pain and humiliation on to me at my expense which left me feeling drained and depleted all at once! I will not allow anyone to make me feel guilty for doing what is best for me because if they were in my situation they would have done the same thing. Besides, feeling sorry for them will be the worst mistake I will ever make but I am not going to do that because I remember the harmful things they did to me. Good people deserve forgiveness Toxic people don't! I had made myself cheap for such people because of ignorance. I deserve love and respect just for being alive and I was created to STAND IN MY POWER!

This is exactly my story, my mom/best friend in the world passed away last January and I’ve been so sad before and during her passing. He wasn’t there for me then, and after she passed he tried to finish me off by discarding me and ghosting. I am getting help thru God and my momma no doubt. He blamed me saying tht I changed and wasn’t the happy person I use to be. I’m almost certain tht he was talking to someone for a while before. I gave him so much of myself, including my life tht he almost destroyed! No he is calling and sending messages yesterday and today. I haven’t answered and I’m holding in there as strong as I possibly can not to give him anything that will take me away from myself again. 🙏💪
