I walked away in 2020, I blocked him on all social media, phones and I haven’t talked to him since. As much as it hurt I blocked all of our mutual friends and/or unfriended them so he can’t question them about me. He was so cruel to me that I had to walk away and take his power away. He’s a narcissist, well it’s been going on two years and I’m doing very well!! Yay me!!

@@nataliethomas9943 I didn’t lose them I just blocked them on social media. Found out he was inquiring about me at the class reunion (I didn’t go, cause I knew he’d be there). But some of our mutual friends told me he was saying some terrible things about me there (flying monkeys). So in order to keep my life private from him I blocked everyone except my family. Now if he inquires about me or lies to them about me he’ll look like a fool cause no one will have information about me to give him. It hurt to block them but they truly aren’t good long time friends if they believe him, not everyone will believe him but people can be two-faced, backstabbers. And he may not be doing as well as he pretends to be sweetie. My ex pretended too and found out he’s drinking heavily and has another addiction he lied about. The hardest thing I did was walking away, but he was very cruel to me and for my sanity and safety I had no choice.

I can see I did everything wrong in my last relationship. I would always respond to his texts within about 30 min. Sometimes he wouldn’t even apologize, he would act as if nothing had happened and I would not call him on it. My father used to leave and we wouldn’t see him for 18 to 36 months, he would show up and behave as if we were just talking yesterday and nothing had happened. I realize that my fear of abandonment has caused me to allow men to mistreat me. I’m not allowing that anymore. Thank you Mr. Gaskins.

38 years and I’m done with the ridicule, pain, doormat, chef, Cinderella etc. I believe in marriage but I also believe more people need therapy to correct their broken child before getting married or in a serious love relationship. I am loving the wrong beast. I’m getting out and renting an apt. This is exactly where I am. I’m so disappointed. He took the light and sunshine in my soul. I’m so displaced again. True true true, this man been talkin to me 9 months now, he lived overseas. At first I felt like he was my soulmate, everything was good, goin good I had no complain since he moved 15 days now, I swear he's change, he calls n texts get so distant, I hear from him stil every day but jus not as frequently as he used to. I tell him something isn't right n I confronted how I feel abt it bcz I hav a right to ask. He says he is jus busy n he trying to get things done n he wish i understand.
