Important note for the Burner Phone: the information it gives you is relative to the shells currently in the shotgun, NOT relative to the beginning of the game. So, if there are 5 shots total, 2 shells have been shot / ejected, and the burner tells you "THIRD.... LIVE", the last shell is live, not the current one.

Grizzy's description of the game is pretty damn accurate when playing double or nothing also here's a brief description of each item Hand Saw: makes the shotgun deal two damage Beer: ejects the current shell from the shotgun Cigarettes: regenerates 1 defib charge Magnifying Glass: allows you to see the current shell in the chamber Adrenaline: allows you to steal another player's item and use it immediately Inverter: changes the shell in the shotgun from live to blank or blank to live Burner Phone: tells you what a random shell currently in the shotgun is, only works if there are at least 3 shells in the shotgun, otherwise reads "how unfortunate" Remote: reverses the turn order device with name I can't remember: allows you to choose a person to skip their next turn, this also turns off their defib charge counter until their turn is skipped

An amount of shells, some live some blank, are shown/told to the player/s. They are then loaded in a random order. Players take turns pointing the shotgun at a player, including themselves. If it is blank at self, they get another turn. If it is live, it damages whoever it is pointed at, and if blank at other, does nothing and turn ends. Either way, the only extra-turn option is blank at self. Player health is the charge in the defib units. Players gain items each round. On a player's turn, they can use any amount of items they want. Cigarettes: restore 1 player health. Handsaw: causes the shotgun, if it shoots a live round before the next player starts taking their turn, to deal 2 damage instead of 1. Magnifying Glass: Look at the current shell. Phone: Get information about a random shell. For example, third shell blank, tells you nothing about the current or next shell, but the next-next shell is blank. Beer: Rack the shotgun. Ejects the shell without firing it. Allows you to make a more educated guess with, say, the last 2 shells of the gun. Polarity Switch thingy: The current shell changes its type, live or blank. If you magnified, or got to the last shell, you can use this to guarantee a shot as a combo. Then you've got the uno reverse turn order, and the uno skip turn items. Adrenaline: What it says. Take and immediately use an item from the entire table, not just your own stash. All in all, it is much more of a game than Russian Roulette. RR is just 6 shots, 1 is live, nothing special... This has a lot more gradience than one kill.

Context if anybody doesn't know Buckshot Roulette. Red live round - When fired, deals 1 tick of damage, then move to the next player. Blue blank round - When fired, take no damage.
