I got to invested in figuring out where he was aiming and I have nothing better to do at 4 am. He couldn't have been towards people in gulag. Gulag is located northwest of military base and he was at the right side of storage town aiming 56 degrees east. That is more mid military base. The player he was locking on to could have been in the frozen river. Thats my guess but i could be wrong.

If you would know anything about people on the internet, you would know, reactions is the goal, triggering people, manifesting a strong emotional outburst. This need comes maybe from lack of attention (not to confuse with ADD/ADHD), nihilism, hatred towards the industry, low self esteem, or they are simply just dicks.
