Smile 1 was actually a huge hit in the box office. Made 200m+ and only cost 15m.

No the first one is a must watch it's so good! The story of these movies is that someone has the smile curse it messes with you and causing you to have hallucinations of people smiling and this entity feast off of trauma and at the end of the curse it posses you causing you to off yourself in front of someone and it continues and continues and only way to get rid of it is to kill someone in front of someone so that person can get the curse and it will pass you it was a cop from the first one who witnessed all of this and is coming back for this sequel to guide this singer and he was the person who is supposedly getting hit by a car
