It's not my first time watching your channel, I absolutely loved your reaction to the album. Jin is an amazing and talented artist and his songs are such a mood. His last song in the album was made by him for army while he was in the MS and it reflects his longing to perform on the stage and receive the love for ARMY. I'd love to get a FALLING live performance with Jin and Taka, manifesting this so it happens sometime soon. In the comment section,someone said I will come to you by Jin was written by Jin in the military and then finish writing the whole song after military with his team.That is not true.Jin said he wrote the whole song by himself and that was the first time ever he wrote a whole lyrics for a song by himself The lyric "The day the snow fell,thats when I left you" refers to his enlistment during winter & the lyric "when the warm spring wind blows,I'll go to you" refers to his discharge from the Military during Spring.Since his discharge day,this man took no rest! He was continuously feeding the fans with his songs,variety shows,going to interviews/shows the fans suggested (he asked which one the fans suggest in Weverse application which he later revealed he asked the fans cause he dont know what fans would like to see him at and he wants to do what the fans want)..If you dont know,Weverse app is HYBE's app where only artists under HYBE uses it.BTS members interact with the fans in that application.Theey post stuff,replying fans,going live.Everything is done there.The app is like Hybe version of twitter yk.You can download too if you want to follow their heartfelt wishes posts,lives etc

Hey Teej!! So glad you are back, I was missing your BTS reactions!! Jin's Happy is everything and more than what I expected from him!! A little poppy, a little rock n roll and a lot of fun!! My favorite is Another Level...every time I hear it I want to find a lighter and wave it back and forth, LOL, you know, like back in the day before cell phones and light sticks to show appreciation for a band/singer! i will come to you is indeed a song for army... he wrote it during his service.. he went in december (the day snow fell) and finish it in June (when the warm spring wind blows)

I will come to you was partially written by Jin when he was still in the millitary. Then him and his team wrote the rest when he got out.

There are multiple lyric writers in the credits. He did most of the work yes. Does not mean he didn’t have any help or input from others. This is what i mean with spesifically saying «HIM» and «his team». Focusing on his writing, while not discredeting the other creatives who put their soul into this project.

He did some of the driving. Not all. Such as the driving side to side on the bridge to dodge the meteors. The swerving was done by a stunt man/ Profecional driver. People misuderstood Jin’s Words.

Belated comment, but I had to say I'm so glad you understood the progression of the songs starting uptempo and ending on a ballad, since the theme is about his /journey/ to happiness (which many overlook and wonder why there are sad or yearning songs in HAPPY lol). And that you honed in on the lyrics, much of which was written or co-written by Jin himself ^^ You make an interesting point too about Jin being others' happiness, meanwhile he is always singing about how his fans are his joy. His song Moon is similarly themed. Jin has said that it's not easy for him to feel happy, but he does when he manages to uplift and make others laugh, so it's become his mindset and a huge factor of how he's changed since his beginnings in BTS. Thank you for your reaction TEEJ! You always have interesting insights (also your chipmunk voice edits crack me up LMAO) - I hope things get better on your end, and it all gets brighter and easier to keep doing the things you enjoy.

I’m so in love with Falling with Jin & Taka, still hoping for a live with both coz they just compliment each other.. Jin’s power and clarity plus Taka’s raspiness & rock spirit envelopes the whole song.. I have the same reaction as you as soon as I heard the JP version.. it felt like i ascended and in the clouds all through out.. I’ll Be There is my happy pill that got me through a hectic time last year and it always bring me in a “Happy” place everytime I listen to it. Running Wild is nostalgic, maybe because it was written by Gary Barlow from Take That. Another Level is like my fight song, it just gives you that motivation that you needed to push through and Heart on the Window is such a great vibe song with a very fun melody and Jin & Wendy’s vocals are just so good. “I will come to you” is a song he wrote when he is in the military, missing ARMY, and is his come back song to assure us that he is here, and the things he did from his discharge until now is just beyond love.. he did so much so that ARMY will be happy, and considering all the things that happened in 2024, he really became our strength through all the chaos that we faced. the commection bet BTS and ARMY is always remarkable. i don’t know if you know that ARMY also have songs dedicated to BTS every year, there is one that JK, Jimin and RM saw before they enlist and oh man i cried so much watching it esp JK’s reaction. Love Letters (ARMYs Song for BTS) in NIA’s channel is the one they watched and it is what a lot of ARMYs wanted to let the 7 know before they enlist, that we will be here waiting for them. one of those that i think you will appreciate. 💜

Okee Teej, 1st, I hope you put your health first and feel better esp if you’re on one of those bumpy roads. I’m really impressed with how you broke down the way Jin puts his songs together! I never thought of it that way and it makes complete sense and Jin still keeps everything fresh! Though some of the lyrics in his MV may sound simple, he puts a lot of Easter Eagan in some. He did a little in Running Wild, but not too much. It really was supposed to end with Jin dead, but he felt that it would upset ARMY so he had the end scene added where he was in the movie theatre watching the movie (title is seen as they enter) and it’s a nice ending. Yes,he did do the driving except for the parts someone mentioned. Then, you already heard I’ll be There, where it leads to the outside as a cool trick, Falling I love and ai love all the versions, I do really love the One Ok Rock with Taka a lot! I guess bc I heard of them long ago, and didn’t know many loved them so much, that a collab with a BTS member or BTS crossed my mind, though I’m super happy it happened! I saw the behind the scenes prep for the live show where you watched Heart on the Window feat. Wendy. (You would have laughed at some other live ones). She’s a great singer and on that live, she sounded incredible in rehearsal and then her voice got shaky during the live show. So I’m glad you didn’t notice it. Some think she may have been really nervous singing in front of so many ARMY even though she’s quite established. I don’t know. 🤷‍♀️ Last, I’ll come to you, I remember Jin saying he wrote some lyrics while he was in the military missing ARMY so as soon as I heard the line about leaving on a snowy day, it was obvious that this was the song since Jin left for the military in winter on a very cold day. Seeing you jump around all happy made me smile so much! I also think you can dress well because you dress the way you like to and look great! Very eloquent too! I’ve been on a bumpy road lately too. Do you write more rap or music? I remember making a comment about lyrics I wrote and I wanted to ask something about them to you how a former friend basically took them ( is that why I’m Suga bias? 😂) I don’t see a business email. Мой личный фаворит: "Another level" - я не ожидала такого рока от Джина, так что это был сюрприз, но при этом - на 💯% в моём вкусе! И голос Джина добавляет к музыке и лирике ещё один уровень. 🤭 "I will come to you" - такая проникновенная песня, что вызвала у меня сильные эмоции даже до того, как я прочла перевод (слушала альбом с той же секунды как его выложили) - только фортепиано и голос Джина - как можно не расчувствоваться? Абсолютно согласеа с твоим мнением про "I'll be there" - радость и энергия, подлинное воплощение "Happy-vibe". "Running Wild" вызывает у меня противоречивые эмоции, что-то между грустью и воодушевлением, хотя вряд ли песня задумывалась как грустная, это просто я так чувствую. Дуэт с Венди прекрасен! Вживую ещё лучше, чем на записи. У них обоих мощные красивые голоса, и тон каждого дополняет другого.
